Overall good hospitality. Didn't use rooms so not gonna rate.Service was nice.Staff was courteous.Food was decent n delicious.Location is little bit of outskirts. Road approaching the property is not so great, but manageable.Nice property and amenities.
The one thing which you like when you reach this place is the space. Very spacious and well maintained. The approach area is a bit rustic but once you reach it's quite good. Rooms are well maintained and quite spacious. In house facilities like restaurant, swimming pool, etc are quite good. Overall an excellent place to stay and enjoy!! Good VFM.
Horrible experience.Why?1.I wanted to book this place for around 50 people for a dinner party and so I happened to visit this place.I met the person at the reception, he asked me to wait as he was calling the manager. I had a puppy ( shihtzu) a toy breed in my lap. First they asked me to not keep him down as it's not allowed in the campus. So, few minutes later before the manager could arrive I asked them will my sweet little pet be allowed? I also added that I'll put him on leash and it's going to be 50 people who would be our people.It was surprising to hear a 'NO' from them.I don't know when the mindset of the people who own these resorts would change. Such retro thinking!2. The road that takes you to the place is very ill maintained. Lot of huge road bumps on the way. Once you reach the place, it's beautiful architecture wise but definitely this place doesn't welcome you from the heart.
We used the hotel to stay overnight on the way in and out of Goa. Locationwise, the hotel is near the highway (2km inside) and quite convenient. Good facilities like clean pools and water slides.Food is reasonable. We had no complaintsUpkeep of rooms is a mixed bag. Both times we had issues with the rooms which was attended to promptly but it should have been betterGood staff. Helpful and courteous
The place has got a great ambience with lush green lawns and multiple swimming pools. The property is family friendly . The rooms are spacious. Everyone at the resort is very nice and makes you feel welcome.
